Stourbridge House

Contemporary remodelling and extensions to a residential property.

This project incorporated a number of elements. A new porch was added to the front elevation, the internal spaces were refurbished and remodelled and an additional en-suite was added on the first floor. Underfloor heating and new electrics were installed throughout.

A large single storey contemporary extension was added to the rear of the property to create a large kitchen/dining room and a playroom, both spaces connect to the garden and are light and airy. The garden was also landscaped to provide an entertaining area that link the indoor and outdoor spaces.
