Johnson Design Partnership (JDP) recently completed a vital project for Concord College in Shropshire, upgrading staff accommodation and linking previously separate areas of the boarding house with a new corridor. This upgrade was essential to meet the latest UK regulations for boarding houses, and we’re proud to have played a role in creating a safer, more connected environment for students and staff alike.
From the initial feasibility study through to planning and building regulation submissions, JDP managed the project at every stage. Our team was responsible for creating and coordinating construction packages, and we provided ongoing on-site support throughout the construction phase. The project was carefully programmed to fit within the school holidays, ensuring minimal disruption to students, and was completed just in time for the new term.
